im friggin bored at home again =\ so lemme just take the chance to type out my schedule for the week! 


Monday: Gym  - Shoulders

Shoulder Press - 4 sets x 10 reps - 15/15kgs 
Arnold Dumbbell Press - 4 sets x 8 reps - 8/8 kgs
BarBell Incline Shoulder Press - 4 sets x 10 reps - 17.5/17.5kgs
Front Plate Raise - 3 sets x 5 reps of 15kg , 10kg , 5kg

warm down.

Tuesday: Gym - Chest

Bench Press - 3 sets x 10reps -12.5/12.5kgs.
Incline Bench Press - 3 sets x 10/10kgs
Flyes - 3 sets x 10 reps - 8/8kgs.

Wednesday: Gym - Back

Lats Pulldown - 5 sets x 10 reps x 15/15kg
Close grip front lat pulldown - 4 sets x / 13/13kgs
Elevated Cable Rows - 5 sets x 15/15kgs 
Pull Ups - 4 set x 10 reps
Bent Over BarBell Roll - 3 sets x 15 / 15 kgs

Thursday - Arms 

Biceps Curl  - 5 sets x 10 reps 10/10 kgs
Concentration Curl - 3 sets x 10reps 8/8kgs
Negatives - 3 sets x 10 reps 14/14 kgs
some weird tricep exercise - 3 sets x 10 reps - 14kgs
Dips - 5 sets x 10 reps
Biceps BarBell Curl - 5 sets x 10 reps 7.5/7.5kgs

Friday , Sat , Sun - Swimming / Running.

my routine schedule until i hit poly =\ or maybe poly i will still be stuck to the gym. hmmm. okay was really bored i practically type out everything i wrote on my note book. heh. anyone want to join me for swimming just gimme a call or msn me okay! if you dont have my new msn just read my blog. the address's there :D
